The UwU Con TCG Show will run:
Saturday, October 3 from 10am - 6pm

Sunday, October 4 from 10am - 4pm


All tables will come with 2 UwU Con Vendor Badges, which gets you into the entire UwU Con show Friday - Sunday. The badges also gain you access to the VIP lines in the Signature hall. Please see uwucon.com for more details.

This year, the Cosplay Showcase will be divided into 2 categories: Craftsman and Performance. 

Craftsman

• ALL levels are welcome (Novice, Intermediate, Journeyman, Advanced, Master and beyond).
• Costumes must be 50% handmade and they MUST be completed at the time of submission.
• Craftsman must provide a link to a shared drive that has 10 photos of their WIP and at least 1 video of themself working on the costume. This media will be used to create a custom video which will be played during their walk on.
• Craftsman will walk the stage for 30 seconds, posing and showing off their costumes before seating themself next to the MC who will ask 3-5 questions about their cosplay and themself. 

Performance

• All skits/performances must have 1 or more people (maximum of 8 performers on stage).
• Performers can wear costumes that are made or bought.
• Music for the performance MUST be ready at time of application as it will be reviewed by UwU Con Cosplay & Panel Programming staff.
• Performers will have up to 3 minutes on stage before they are taken aside and asked 2-3 questions about what went into preparing their performance.

IMPORTANT: The showcase is NOT a judged competition. Participants will have the option to request feedback from the CosTalk LIVE leaders who have partnered with UwU Con to host and manage this event. Feedback will be delivered privately via email and CTL is open to meeting via a virtual discussion for any questions. UwU's goal for the showcase this year is to celebrate local crafters and performers without the pressure of meeting judging criteria.

Each entry will receive a gift bag thanking them for participating in the UwU Con 2026 Showcase along with a QR code for a Full Event badge to UwU Con 2027. 

Welcome to the UwU Idol Stage!

We recognize that not every talent fits into our panels, contests or other events and so we wanted to provide a place for you all to strut your stuff.

Dancers, dance groups, singers, magicians, bands, acrobats, martials artists, interactive media and other performers are strongly encouraged (nothing adult themed) to sign up for a spot on stage. The UwU Idol Stage will be running all three days at UwU Con, so here's your chance to get in front of the whole show.

Those awarded a performance spot, will be given a day badge for UwU Con for their performance day or a discount to upgrade to a Full Event Badge!

UwU Con has several Programs and Events Staff Positions open for 2026! We are looking for:

IMPORTANT: These are barter positions. In exchange for working a 4.5 hour shift you will receive a FULL EVENT pass to UwU Con 2026! Positions fill fast so don't delay and apply today!

UwU Con welcomes media outlets from Phoenix, AZ, and around the world, and we’re happy to provide approved members of the media with complimentary Media badges. The Media badge application for 2026 is now accepting applicants.

Vendors may purchase a 1 day spot, 2 consecutive day spot, or all 3 days spot. Each spot will be an estimated 6' table with limited additional space, located outside the main entrance under the shaded area of the Mesa Convention Center during the UwU Con October 2-4, 2026. This will be a ticketed only area.

Vendors may reserve up to 1 additional spot if the neighboring space is available, only for all 3 days at a cost of $150.

Vendors may not share spaces. Each space will be designated by signage. There will be no dedicated loading for CosSwap. All CosSwap vendors will park in public parking and walk their load to their spots.  Tents will not be allowed and additional fixtures (with the exception of 1 clothing rack of max 4', and what you can fit under the table) are not allowed. Please bring in only what you (and whoever has come to help you) can load in and out without needing special assistance or loading parking. Vendors are responsible for processing their own transactions.

If you are vending for multiple days, you will be responsible for loading out each day. UwU Con is not responsible for items left behind and stolen.

Items permitted to be sold: second hand, gently owned cosplays, purchased cosplay, hand-made cosplay, cosplay related items and accessories.  Cosplayers are allowed to sell collectibles, figures, manga, and other geeky merchandise as long as it is from your personal collection (new or used is acceptable).

Items NOT permitted to be sold: New items intended to be sold commercially, hand made arts & crafts items, items designed by you and reproduced with the intent of selling multiple quantities - essentially products that can be considered what you will find being sold by vendors and artist alley in the con are not permitted. If you are found to be selling such items, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and remove you from CosSwap immediately with no refund.

UwU Con is introducing a new opportunity for vendors to dip their toes into the convention space, for potential community partners, and more.

We will be considering the following types of vendors to purchase our festival pop-up spots:

- community partners (no sales  ex. non-profits, volunteers, etc)
- marketing business
- balloon artists
- face painters
- artists with handmade goods (not previously vended at other conventions)
Ex. upcylcing, 3D print, sewn goods, crochet, art with various mediums, etc.

UwU Con will select vendors primarily on FCFS (to avoid duplicate offerings) and if they fall under the pop-up guidelines. If you are unsure if you are eligible, feel free submit your application and email us at jessika@uwucon.com.
