Foodees Fest

Welcome and thank you for your interest in vending with FoodeesFest.

FoodeesFest is a large-scale, outdoor, multi-day festival celebrating food, culture, and small businesses. Events typically host 100+ vendors, including food trucks, tented food vendors, artisans, authors, and non-food retailers.

This application helps us understand your business, menu or products, setup needs, and category placement. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Accepted Vendor Categories
• Food Trucks & Food Trailers
• Tented Food Vendors
• Pre-Packaged Food Vendors
• Artisans & Crafters
• Authors & Non-Food Retail

Each vendor must apply under the category that matches their actual setup and product type.

Important Event Protocol
• All vendors must be self-sufficient
• No power or water is provided
• Silent generators only (70 dB or below)
• Straight-leg canopy tents only
• Professional signage is required
• Beverage sales are restricted unless approved

Menu & Product Approval
All food vendors must submit:
• Full menu
• Category selection

Only approved items may be sold. Menu changes are not permitted once approved.

Load-In, Setup & Breakdown
Final schedules, layouts, permits, inspections, and operational updates are shared exclusively through the Foodees Vendors & Sponsors Facebook Group. Joining the group is mandatory for participation.

Late arrivals, early breakdown, or no-shows may result in removal without refund and loss of future booking eligibility.

Promote your travel business at San Angelo FoodeesFest, November 13–15, 2026! Connect with attendees, showcase your travel packages and services, and offer approved giveaways from your designated sponsor space.

Terms & Conditions

• All giveaways, promotional offers, and activities require approval by FoodeesFest.
• Clearly disclose all eligibility requirements, expiration dates, fees, restrictions, and booking or presentation requirements. Offers must not be advertised as “free” if payment or a purchase is required.
• Participation in giveaways must be voluntary. Obtain consent before collecting contact information or enrolling attendees in marketing communications.
• Sponsor is responsible for administering giveaways, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling all advertised prizes and offers.
• Solicitation and promotional activities must remain within the assigned space.
• Sponsor must participate all three days and remain set up during event hours.
• No electricity is provided. Any generator must meet event requirements.
• Sponsorship does not guarantee leads, bookings, sales, or category exclusivity.
• All FoodeesFest vendor and sponsor policies apply.
