Salute to Women Richmond Culinary and Agriculture

Exhibitor Requirements A non-refundable exhibitor fee of $125 is required upon approval of your application. Payment is due immediately upon acceptance and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation. Exhibitors will bring their own tent, table, linens, and chairs. There are inside locations but we cannot guarantee location of booth. Inside booth space is 8 x 10. If you do not have a tent, please let us know. Exhibitors are responsible for providing tastings of their product. We encourage a farm and chef to work together although each can have their own booth. We will do our best to put the booths next to each other to promote this collaboration. Set up Times  Set up times will begin at 8 am and all vendors must be set up by 10:30 am.  Reimbursements/Donations Participants can submit receipts to Root to Table after the event for reimbursement up to $100 or request a donation receipt from Root to Table for the actual amount. Open to all participants.  Certificate of Insurance Requirement All exhibitors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance.
