The Official Nashville St. Patrick’s Day Parade + Festival welcomes vendors that would be supportive to the Irish and Celtic culture to participate.
Vendor Types & Pricing:
10x10 Vendor Space - $125
Vendor spaces will be set up outdoors, each Vendor will be assigned a 10’x10’ space(s). Vendors must supply all tables, chairs, tents, generators, and tent weights unless previously arranged.
- Artisan Space– is considered someone who personally handcrafts the items they will offer at the event.
- Non Profit Space -- Must be appropriately registered and obtain a recognized non-profit status.
- This application is not for local businesses – Official Nashville St. Patrick’s Day Parade + Festival is devoted to maintaining a creatively driven vendor marketplace. Therefore, we limit the number of promotional spaces at the event. Local businesses who intend to use space at the event for promotional purposes can be a part of the Official Nashville St. Patrick’s Day Parade + Festival through sponsorship of the event. Vendor fees will be charged upon acceptance.
Upon acceptance, vendors will be required to submit a COI listing the following groups as additionally insured:

Vendor Types & Pricing:
Food Vendor Space: 10x10 Space- Vendors must supply all tables, chairs, tents, generators and tent weights.
Food Truck/Trailer
Food Vendor Fee: 15% of Net sales at the event.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged upon acceptance into the Official Nashville St. Patrick’s Day Parade + Festival. This deposit is applied toward the percentage of sales.

The Official Nashville St. Patrick’s Day Parade + Festival welcomes groups that would be supportive of Irish culture.
Parade route is approximately 1.0 mile in the Five Points area of East Nashville.
*In the event of inclement weather on March 14th, the Rain date is March 15th."

Parade Application Closes - February 21st, 2026
Parade Payment will be charged upon acceptance.
Parade Group Fees:
Walking / Performing / Float units- $75
Vehicles and Floats participating in the parade will be required to provide a COI listing the following as additionally insured:
