Saint Charles Oktoberfest

The Saint Charles Oktoberfest, celebrates community and German heritage through three days of fun and festivities. 2026 marks our 40th year and we will be celebrating in true Oktoberfest style.

We are looking for talented creators who handmake their own unique products to join us for an incredible weekend of family-friendly entertainment and activities. From hand-poured candles and crafted jewelry to woodwork and custom textiles—if you designed it and made it yourself, we want to see it! Our festival greets around 150,000 guests each year and we are looking for enthusiastic vendors who come ready to sell. If that sounds like you submit your application now before spots run out! 

Due to space limitations and applications with similar product offerings, we reserve the right to restrict vendors. You will also be asked to provide the following:

• 2-3 pictures (clear, close-up, color photos) of your complete booth set-up and display. If photos are unavailable please provide a basic rendering of your booth set-up and display
• 2-3 pictures of the finished product(s) that you are planning to sell and of you actively making the product

We are looking for vendors who take pride in their craft, ensureing a unique, high-quality experience for our guests Our festival greets around 150,000 guests each year and we are looking for enthusiastic vendors who come ready to sell! If that sounds like you submit your application now before spots run out!

From home improvment to health and welless and lifestyle brands —if you are looking to gain greater awareness of your product/service we want to help! Our festival greets around 150,000 guests each year and we are looking for enthusiastic exhibitors who come ready to engage our guests. If that sounds like you submit your application now before spots run out!
