Sabor is an annual gastronomic extravaganza and multicultural fundraising festival held on the first Friday of every August at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Attracting over 3,000 attendees, it offers an immersive cultural experience with the opportunity to explore the gardens, enjoy a selection of beverages, sample cuisine from dozens of restaurants, and appreciate live Latin music. The event serves as a platform for fostering connections and creating awareness about various companies and organizations that contribute to our rich, diverse community. Parking instructions
Parking is available on-site but limited within the public Botanic Gardens garage. We also have free parking available at the East High School parking lot on Colfax, and we have free shuttles that will be running. Aside from that, our recommendation is to use ride-share options.
