By registering or participating in an event produced by B-side Fan Events in any capacity, Whether as an attendee, performer, artist, vendor, sponsor, or other participate, you confirm you read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions . Tickets refer to any physical or digital ticket registered and recognized by B-side Fan events. Keep your behavior in good standing, as not to create a public disturbance amongst staff, guests, vendors, and other attendees. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the event at anytime when rules are broken and violated. Any illegal activity will result in removal and banning from future events and in extreme cases authorities will be contacted. You must show your "Run to Hollywood" badge at all times when you enter the venue. B-side Events hold the right record, film ,and photograph guests for lawful purposes such as streaming, advertising, and broadcast/rebroadcast over the internet, without compensation. Tickets are final sale and refund requests will not be accepted. Attendees and any/all patriciates understand that B-side fan events activates such as dancing, roleplaying, cosplay, participating in a demonstration, being on stage, standing in line, and being in large crowds, have inherent risks and dangers. By participating in any and all activates you agree that you accept all risks or harm, loss , or injury to your person or property and B-side Fan Events and B-side Fan Events Staff will not be held responsible for these activities.
