About the event
Join Police Chief Hunter and members of the Delray Beach Police Department for a free community run/walk through the heart of downtown Delray Beach.
A portion of Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove will be closed to traffic for this special event, creating a safe and festive route right through our city's most beloved streets.
The 1.4-mile route begins and ends at Libby Wesley Park on W. Atlantic Avenue. Start your morning with a meet-and-greet at 7AM, with the run/walk stepping off at 8AM sharp on Saturday, June 27th, 2026.
Participation is completely free and open to all Delray Beach residents and supporters, but we are asking all participants to register.
This event is about more than miles - it's about connection. Come move alongside your neighbors and your police department in a relaxed, welcoming environment built on transparency, trust, and community pride. Whether you run, walk, or just show up to cheer, your presence makes Delray stronger.
