You are applying for a FREE community event - Run with the Chief - which will start and end at Libby Wesley Plaza on West Atlantic Avenue. Your booth will be set up at the plaza for participants to engage with you before and after the run/walk.
SCHEDULE:
Business/Vendor Load-In: 6AM
Event Start Time: 7AM
Run/Walk Start Time: 8AM
Event Conclusion: No later than 10AM
GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS:
• Vendors will receive a site map with designated booth location, load- in instructions and parking information one week prior to event.
• Each business/vendor must be ready for load in at 6AM and must be set up and ready to go at 7AM SHARP. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Business/vendor must provide its own staffing, TENT, TABLE, TABLECLOTHS, SIGNAGE, PRODUCTS and DISPLAYS.
• You, your staff and area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion. All displays must be contained within booth space. Conduct and displays must be appropriate.
• Someone from your staff must manage the booth during setup, throughout the event and through breakdown.
• NO CBD Products / Delta 8 Products of any kind permitted at City of Delray Beach events.
LIABILITY INSURANCE:
Busincess/Vendor must provide a CERTIFICATE OF GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage and $2,000,000 in aggregate (standard coverage) no later than 15 days before the event. Certificate of Insurance must name the following as additionally insured:
