Christmas in Roseland

The Roseland Christmas Market is one three-day weekend in December during the annual Christmas in Roseland event at the American Rose Center that gives local businesses the opportunity to interact and sell to new and existing customers. It is our hope that vendors can develop quality relationships with their new customers and help guests find unique gifts for the holiday season.

Please fill out the application below to be considered as a vendor. We’re looking for a variety of handmade arts and crafts and packaged Cottage Law food items.

Event Details: 

Setup: Friday, December 11: 2:00-4:30 pm

Market times: December 11, 12, & 13 from 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Breakdown: Sunday, December 13: 9:30-10:30 pm

Location: American Rose Center – Klima Rose Hall, 

8877 Jefferson Paige Rd., Shreveport, LA 71119

First registered can be inside Klima Hall and in the hallway. Others will be outside around the pool. 

Booth spaces for inside arts/crafts/cottage food vendors are $40 for each evening. A discount is given to vendors who reserve all 3 nights at $110.00 ($10 discount). Price doubles for double space. All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and change. 

Once application is complete, the American Rose Center will review and either approve or decline. 

If approved, you will be charged the appropriate vendor fee immediately. If this fee is not paid by December 8th, you will forfeit your space. 

Important notes:

• All vendors must provide a fully updated inventory of products for sale
• All vendors must set up in their assigned locations
• No open flame or electric space heaters will be permited
• Upon approval, vendors will be given instructions for parking, setup, teardown, and other day of information
• All vendors will be responsible for reporting sales tax to the City of Shreveport, Parish of Caddo, and State of Louisiana

The 43rd Annual Christmas in Roseland is a beloved Ark-La-Tex holiday tradition that invites guests to celebrate the joy of the season in a stunning winter wonderland. Set against the backdrop of the American Rose Center, the event features 60 acres illuminated by millions of sparkling lights, including lighted and animated scenes, LED displays, and music that brings the lights and gardens to life!

Dates: Friday - Sunday: November 27 - December 23, 2026 from 5:30 - 10:00 pm

Setup: Fridays from 2:00-4:30 pm

Breakdown: After closing on Sunday

Food vendors are $60 for each evening. A discount is given to vendors who reserve all the full season. All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and change.

If approved, you will be charged the appropriate vendor fee immediately. If this fee is not paid by 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your space. 

Important notes:

• Certificate of Insurance - All food trucks must provide American Rose Center with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with a minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 with American Rose Center named as additionally insured. The certificate must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled time. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in cancellation of your participation.
