Parking instructions
Please park only in designated vendor parking areas — not in spaces reserved for general public/attendees. Follow posted signage or staff direction upon arrival to find your designated unloading zone. Unload your vehicle promptly, then move it to vendor parking before setting up your booth, to keep loading areas clear for others. Arrive during the designated vendor load-in window to avoid congestion closer to event start time. Keep your parking permit or pass visible if one is provided. If parking fills up or you have trouble finding your space, check in with event staff for assistance. Please do not leave vehicles unattended in loading/unloading zones — move promptly once unloaded.

Health & safety
Booth setup: Keep aisles, walkways, and emergency exits clear at all times — no tables, product displays, or cords extending into walking paths. Electrical safety: Use properly rated extension cords and tape down any cords crossing walkways to prevent tripping hazards. Fire safety: Open flames (candles, torches, etc.) are prohibited unless pre-approved. Fire extinguishers should be accessible if using any heating equipment. Food vendors: Must comply with all local health department permits and food handling regulations; proper food storage temperatures must be maintained throughout the event. Weather preparedness: Secure tents, canopies, and displays against wind; heavy-duty weights are recommended over stakes for hard-surface or indoor/outdoor hybrid setups. First aid: A first aid station will be available on-site — report any injuries to event staff immediately. Emergency procedures: Familiarize yourself with the nearest exits and emergency assembly point upon arrival. Follow event staff instructions in case of severe weather or emergency evacuation. Personal conduct: Treat fellow vendors, attendees, and staff with respect. Harassment or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
