Event: Rock Your Wellness Event
Date: Saturday, February 22, 2025
Time: 11:00AM-3:00PM
Location: The Village Workspace,
7173 S. Havana St. #100 Centennial, CO 80112
Price: $175 for regular vendors, $150 for returning vendors and $87 for nonprofits (Tax-deductible donation)
Included: Space for a 6 or 8 foot table Vendor Booth at the Rock Your Wellness Event 2/22/2025
Payable here: via credit card
Due: Immediately after Approval
This is a health, wellness AND craft event, please make sure your vendor booth aligns with that before you sign up.
By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following:
- Arrive by 9:00am at The Village (to set up)
- Clean up your space and vacate the area by 4:00PM
- You are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs and anything else you need for your space
- Donate one or more item(s) for the drawing (and give it to the Rock Your Wellness Committee by February 14th)
- Market the event through your contacts and previous customers (flyer to follow)
- Post on Social Media weekly up to the week of the event
- Post on Social Media daily the week of the event (Feb 14-22)
Attendance for the event is determined by the amount of awareness we ALL bring.

Timeline:
We will alert you that you have been selected as a vendor within 7-10 days once we receive the application. Please make sure you block 2.22.25 date off on your calendar, so that you do not double book yourself. ;-)
We will only be accepting applications till Feb 14th as we need time to layout vendors, create passport and market. The sooner you sign up the more exposure you will get as a vendor.
