This category is for vendors selling handmade or artistically crafted items, including artwork, jewelry, home décor, candles, textiles, and other artisan goods.

Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space and is responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, display setup, and electricity if needed.

Food Tent Vendor (10x20 Space)
This category is for vendors preparing and selling fresh food or beverages on-site, including meals, snacks, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks. All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations and obtain any required permits or licenses.

Each food vendor will receive a 10x20 space and must provide their own tent, tables, cooking equipment, and electricity if needed.

Vendor Fee:

• $200 flat rate (subject to change)

Please include a brief description of your menu and setup with your application. We aim to offer a variety of food options and may limit similar offerings.

No photos are required to apply, but please include a photo of your logo.

This category is for vendors operating from a non-motorized food trailer towed by a separate vehicle. Vendors must be serving freshly prepared food, snacks, or beverages. All food styles are welcome, and we aim to create a varied and flavorful vendor lineup.

Each vendor will receive a space suitable for a standard trailer setup with room for the towing vehicle to detach and exit if necessary. Vendors must be fully self-contained, including power and water if needed.

Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, display setup, and electricity if needed.

All food vendors are required to hold the appropriate health permits.

This category is for vendors operating from a fully enclosed, motorized food truck serving prepared meals, snacks, or beverages. All cuisine types are welcome. We strive to feature a diverse mix of offerings that can serve a high volume of guests efficiently.

Each vendor will receive a designated parking space suitable for a standard food truck. Vendors must be self-contained, including power and water if needed.

All food vendors are required to hold the appropriate health permits and may be subject to inspection by local health officials on the day of the event.
