SECURITY
24-hour security is provided with the understanding that Rigby’s Conference Center, or its agents or representatives, will not assume any liability for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor's agents or representatives, or his/her property from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require.
PARKING
Free artist parking is available. Artists must park in the designated parking areas during show hours.
LOAD IN/LOAD OUT
Artists will have to dolly/wagon in their booth during set-up and tear down. Artists will be assigned a load in date/time after acceptance and must check in with a photo ID. There is limited vehicle access at the entry door, therefore, we depend upon artists’ cooperation to keep traffic moving at a pace that will allow everyone equal time to unload. We ask that upon arrival at your space location, you unpack and then move your vehicle to the designated parking area before you start set-up.
Load out is at 5pm on Sunday, August 16th. Early breakdown is NOT permitted.
REFUND POLICY
The Rigby’s Fine Art Exhibit is a rain or shine event. In the occurrence that the event must be canceled, postponed, or suspended, because of a pandemic such as the COVID-19 pandemic, full credit for the upcoming show will be given. All application/submission fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued if an exhibitor cancels. If for any reason you are asked to leave the show for not following rules, guidelines, social media posts, acting up or disturbing your neighbors, etc. those fees are also non-refundable.
WAIT LIST
Those artists not accepted (because of limited space) will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified as space becomes available. Payment will be required prior to set up.
DISPLAY INFORMATION
Rather than using a traditional 10' x 10' booth layout, this exhibit will feature 8' x 8' walls arranged in a free-flow configuration. This approach moves away from a confined, square footprint and instead creates a more open, organic environment. The staggered wall placement encourages natural traffic patterns, allowing visitors to enter and exit from multiple points while guiding them intuitively through the space. The result is a more inviting, accessible experience that supports engagement and improves overall flow. Wall space is available for participating artists in 8' x 8' sections, priced at $110 per wall space. This provides 64 square feet of peg board wall space for artists to display their fine art. Artists can request as many 8' x 8' sections as needed to accommodate their work.
Please indicate the number of wall spaces you wish to rent on the application. Space assignments will be finalized after review and are subject to availability. Every effort will be made to insure that multiple wall spaces requested by an artist will be contiguous.
