2nd Annual Rides & Vibes Car Show

By submitting this vendor application and/or participating as a vendor at the above event, you (the "Vendor") agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Application ApprovalSubmission of a vendor application does not guarantee approval or placement at the event.The Event Organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with event details upon acceptance.2. Vendor FeesVendor fees must be paid in full by Oct 18th 2026.All fees are non-refundable.3. Set-Up & Tear-DownVendor set-up begins at 12:30pm on October 18th. All vendors must be fully set up by 2pm.Tear-down cannot begin before the event ends at 6pm, unless approved by the Organizer.Vendors are responsible for their own setup, tables, tents, and signage unless otherwise specified.4. Space AssignmentVendor space will be assigned by the Organizer. Specific location requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.Vendors must remain within their assigned space and must not obstruct walkways, exits, or neighboring vendors.5. Permits, Licenses & InsuranceVendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance required by law.The Organizer may request proof of such documentation prior to the event.6. Sales & TaxesVendors are responsible for all sales transactions and complying with local tax laws.The Organizer is not liable for any vendor’s sales or reporting responsibilities.7. Conduct & ComplianceAll vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.No loud or disruptive behavior, inappropriate content, or illegal items are permitted.The Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these rules, without refund.8. LiabilityThe Organizer, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred before, during, or after the event.Vendors participate at their own risk and shall hold harmless the Organizer and affiliates from any claims or damages.9. Weather PolicyThis is a outdoor event. The event will have a rain date of Oct 25th. The fee will be transferrable to that event date. If you are unable to attend the rain date you forfeit the vendor fee. In case of cancellation the Organizer will notify vendors as soon as possible.10. No ShowsVendors who fail to show up on event day forfeit their vendor fee.No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.11. Marketing ConsentBy participating in this event, vendors consent to the use of their business name, logo, and images of their booth/products in promotional materials, photos, and social media by the Organizer.By submitting this form and fee, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
