Sales of NON-FOOD Items (Jewelry, Apparel, Furnishings, Bath & Body, etc.) includes 10x10 space - You keep 100% of the proceeds - you are responsible to pay all VA Sales Tax and to bring all your own equipment and tables.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

VA "Produced" Wine, Cider or Spirits Vendor - "Sample and Sell" for Off-Premise Consumption Only.

Commercial Vendor (Financial Services, Energy Sales, Time-Shares, Or other "Marketing" Companies)This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Tequila Pavilion - Includes one (1) dedicated 10x10 tasting space. Festival Management as Agent for Charity will purchase your Tequila for the event. All Tequila at the Event will be available for Sale to Attendees in a Tasting Format.
