Back to You: Reset Before the Rush is an intimate wellness experience designed for busy women who are tired of putting themselves last. Every August, women reset everything for their families — school schedules, sports, lunches, routines — but rarely make space for their own health.
This is that space.
Join us for an afternoon of real talk, practical tools, and community with women who get it. Whether you're struggling with low energy, weight changes, hormone imbalances, or simply feeling off track — this experience was designed with you in mind.
