Please fill out the application below to be considered as a vendor. We’re looking for a variety of handmade arts and crafts and packaged Cottage Law food items.Â

Event time: 4-9 PM
Vendor Gate open: 2 PM
First registered can be inside - in the hallway. Â No one can be on back patio as that is the music stage. Others will be outside, past the pavilion. Around the pool will be reserved for guests to view the music and fireworks.
NO application fee
Booth spaces for inside arts/crafts/cottage food vendors are $35 for the evening. All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and change.Â
Once application is complete, the American Rose Center will review and either approve or decline.Â
If approved, you will be charged the $35 vendor fee immediately. If this fee is not paid by June 29, 2026, you will forfeit your space.Â

Important notes:
- All wendors must provide a fully updated inventory of products for sale
- All vendors must set up in their assigned locations
- No open flame or electric space heaters will be permited
- Upon approval, vendors will be given instructions for parking, setup, teardown, and other day of information
- All vendors will be responsible for reporting sales tax to the City of Shreveport and Parish of Caddo
