Vendors may include businesses who wish to come to the park to promote their business. Sponsorships are also available and may include banner placements, reserved seating, logo placement, tents, tables and chairs and other perks. Contact Amy for more details (adoherty@suwanee.com). This fee is JUST grass space at the event. Vendor must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Vendors set up time is 4 pm. Vendor hours are 7 pm until 9:30 pm.

 

 

We are currently accepting food vendors for consideration for Red, White, Bluegrass & Bach. A variety of food trucks, snacks, drinks, and treats will be selected for the event. Estimated attendance is approximately 3,000 people. Application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors must make food items in a kitchen inspected by a health department. Cottage license vendors will NOT be accepted. Map and loading instructions will be sent the week of the event. Vendors will be notified in a timely manor upon application completion.
