Ineligible Vendors - including, but not limited to: applications from businesses that provide services (medical professionals, home improvement services, personal services, etc.) will not be accepted. Interested parties that fall within the service provider category should see the sponsorship packet for ways to participate at the event.
 
Vendor is responsible for supplying power and any additional items that may be needed for tent display, such as extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, etc.
 
Prohibited items: Weapons of any kind (explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, etc.), fireworks, flying objects, any items that depict hateful language, illegal substances and paraphernalia.

Volunteers are essential to the success of the City of Boynton Beach 4th of July event, which features live music, food trucks, and one of the largest fireworks displays in Palm Beach County. The 2026 celebration will take place at Intracoastal Park (2240 N. Federal Hwy), typically requiring assistance with logistics, vendor support, and guest activities. Volunteer Role Description: Placement will be assigned closer to the event. - Event Support & Logistics: Assisting with setup, managing activity stations, supporting vendors, and helping with overall flow. - Guest Services: Welcoming attendees, providing information, and assisting with seating/crowd management, especially for high-traffic areas. - Activity Facilitation: Helping with kids' areas (face painting, rides, and games).
