Red, White & Beach is Little Elm’s signature Fourth of July celebration, taking place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Little Elm Park.
As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, this milestone year will feature an elevated lakefront experience with live music, a wide variety of food and vendors, family activities, and a fireworks show over Lewisville Lake.
This high-energy event draws a large regional audience and provides vendors with a unique opportunity to showcase their products at one of the Town’s most anticipated and well-attended celebrations.

Parking instructions
Vendor parking details will be provided upon acceptance.
All vendors must follow the designated load-in and parking instructions. Unauthorized vehicle access or parking may result in relocation or removal.
Health & safety
All vendors are expected to operate in a safe and professional manner.
Food vendors must comply with all local health department regulations. The Special Events Team will coordinate temporary health permits for approved vendors.
Vendors must maintain a clean and hazard-free space throughout the event.
Open flames, cooking equipment, and generators must be used in accordance with safety guidelines and may be subject to inspection.

This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined within this application.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure a balanced and high-quality event experience.
All events are rain or shine.
If accepted, the payment method provided will be charged according to the event timeline. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the Town of Little Elm.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all event guidelines, Town ordinances, and applicable regulations.
Failure to comply with event rules or requirements may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future participation.
