Let's help equip families to have a successful 2026-2027 school year!
We are excited to invite community partners to apply for a free vendor table at our upcoming Back to School event. Our goal is to create a one-stop shop where families can access the resources, services, and support they need to start the school year strong.
We are seeking vendors who support families in a variety of ways, including (but not limited to) after-school care, tutoring, health and wellness, youth programs, and faith-based or community organizations. Vendors are welcome to share information, provide resources, or offer services that benefit students and their families.
To help ensure every student is equipped for success, we ask each participating organization to contribute up to $150 in school supplies purchased from our Gaston County Schools-approved Amazon wishlist. This allows us to take a streamlined approach to stocking our free Back to School Shop and ensures students receive grade-level appropriate materials.
Vendors are also welcome to distribute additional items or giveaways at their tables if they choose.
Please note: Once approved, vendors will be placed on a waitlist until their supply donation has been received. At that time, their status will be updated to confirmed. If this requested donation presents a hardship for your organization, we encourage you to indicate this in your application for further consideration.
