The City of Hampton's Rails & Roots Market! Vendor Registration
Your vendor registration includes a 10' x 10' vendor space rental for one market day. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, tent weights, and any other equipment needed for their setup.
Vendor Setup Time: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Vendor Check-In: Please check in with event staff upon arrival for your space assignment and any event updates.

Vendor Load-In & Parking
Vendors may drive into the event area to unload merchandise and set up their booths during the designated setup period. Once unloading is complete, all vendor vehicles must be removed from the event area.
All vendor vehicles must be parked in the City Hall parking lot located at 17 East Main Street South, Hampton, GA, no later than 8:30 AM.
This policy helps ensure a safe and welcoming environment for market guests and provides adequate space for pedestrian traffic throughout the event.

A separate registration and payment are required for each market date attended.
Vendors must remain set up and open for the duration of the market.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
Vendors are responsible for securing their tents and displays appropriately.
Space assignments will be determined by event staff.
