Hello Dealers! If you're interested in selling your goods in the QCAC Vendor Hall then please fill out this application.
Dealers who are approved, and whose payment is processed successfully, will be provided a designated 10'x10' space (location to be determined by QCAC Staff), (1) 6' x 30" table and (2) chairs in our Vendor Hall, as well as (2) full weekend Vendor badges to QCAC 2026.
Parking is $10 per day paid to the hotel, unless you are an overnight guest at the hotel.
We do make our approvals based on a jury system, on a rolling basis. Apply by April 30th for priority consideration but we will continue taking applications for as long as we have space. Set up will be on Thursday, August 13th; further details will be provided to those whose applications are approved.
Please be sure to provide the best possible images of your set-up, products, and signage, as that makes a huge difference in our ability to accurately evaluate what you have to offer as we make our acceptance decisions.
GENERAL RULES
- Only one business can occupy the space and table.
- Final placement within the Vendor Hall will ultimately be decided by Queen City Anime Convention.
- Vendors are permitted to sell merchandise only during Vendor Hall hours and at their reserved table.
- Displays must comply with the allotted space limitations and must not impede the view of safety signage at any height. Please see further specifications in the Terms and Conditions section below.
- Food is not permitted in the Vendor Hall. There will be designated areas on site at the Embassy Suites to purchase and consume food.
- Vendors are responsible for requiring a photo ID to view/handle adult materials or weapons. Vendors are required to keep adult material covered and out of view from attendees who have not been IDed. Queen City Anime Convention reserves the right to define “adult material” and “weapon”.
- All live steel and projectiles must be packaged immediately upon sale and the buyer must be informed by the Vendor that the item must be taken off of the convention floor (can be taken to the buyer's car, hotel room, etc).
- Contact lenses may not be sold in the Queen City Anime Convention Vendor Hall.
- Vendors are required to keep any noise from their table at a courteous level.
- Queen City Anime Convention will not permit the sale of any offensive or misleading material, including, but not limited to: hate speech of any kind, excessive profanity, depictions of “bodily fluids”, any indication of pedophilia, or any AI generated art. If you are in question as to whether you will be in violation of our standards, please reach out for approval.
Hello friends! If you're interested in selling your gently used otaku merchandise and clothing at Panza's Trading Post, please fill out this application.
PLEASE NOTE: We are charging a nominal fee to encourage sellers to commit to attending. We had several people in past years who reserved space and then didn't show up - taking the space from others. Our Staff are committing time and attention to reviewing these applications and making sure this sale can be as successful as possible, we want to ensure that our approved sellers fully intend on being present for the sale.

We do make our approvals based on a first-come, first served basis, assuming you have filled out your application appropriately and appear to have items that are applicable to the standards of Panza's Trading Post: Secondhand Market. Anime/Gaming/High Fantasy themed items such as: Figures/Statues, Cosplays, Wigs, Shoes, Posters, Prints, Paintings, Bookmarks, Pins/buttons/keychains, Comics/Manga, doujinshi, Books, T-Shirts and other clothing, Bags, Cards, Games, Ears/tails, Jewelry, Plushies, Props.
GENERAL RULES:
- You must have a valid ticket to attend QCAC 2026 to be a seller or attendee of any sort during Panza's Trading Post.
- All items must be secondhand or recycled items - this is not a place for bulk merchandise resellers, and is not intended to be used by Vendors of any sort: Artists or Dealers.
- Be kind
- No food items
- No contact lenses
- No real weapons of any sort
- No 18+ items (all items should be appropriate for a family friendly environment)
- Keep any noise at a courteous level
- Queen City Anime Convention will not permit the sale of any offensive or misleading material, including, but not limited to: hate speech of any kind, excessive profanity, depictions of “bodily fluids”, any indication of pedophilia, or any AI generated art.
- Queen City Anime Convention reserves the right to ask for any item deemed inappropriate be removed from the convention upon request. Failure to remove said item may result in removal from Panza's Trading Post: Second Hand Market with no refund.
