Pumpkin Palooza

Merchandise vendor space is available for artisans, nonprofits, and local businesses. All vendors must agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement.  All vendors are also required to register with the State Tax Commission.  Hold Harmless Agreement and Idaho Sales Tax registration link are at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.  

Sponsor one of 15 Pumpkin Palooza Game stations!  If you have your own game to play, you can bring it, or we can provide one for you.  You are welcome to bring your own business prize "swag" to use as prizes, or we will provide you with candy and toys.  We will also provide a table and 2 chairs, along with a sign featuring your business as the sponsor of that game.  If you would like to bring a pop-up tent and your own banner, you are welcome to!  Each game sponsor is required to read the Hold Harmless Agreement below, and click "accept" on the appropriate question.

In 2024 Pumpkin Palooza saw over 10,000 attendees!  Come prepared to feed the masses!  Your application will be reviewed and we will let you know when it is approved.  We will try our best to accommodate all food vendors, but will also attempt to have a good variety of food choices, without too many duplicates.  All food vendors must agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement and register with the State Tax Commission.  Hold Harmless Agreement and Idaho Sales Tax registration link are at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
