We return to Grand Central to launch Pride Weekend where our roots run deep. As evening falls, music and energy fill the streets, honoring the joy, visibility, and community that sparked it all and set the tone for the weekend ahead.

Key Information for registration:

1. St Pete Pride provides a 10'x10' booth space, and does not include tables, chairs, a tent, nor electricity.
2. Quiet generators are allowed at vendor spaces.
3. You may edit registration after submission and approval. This includes, but is not limited to:
   1. day of event contact information
   2. company Logo: Eventeny ONLY accepts JPEG (.jpg) files for logo uploads. Your application will error if any other file format is used
   3. company URL
   4. non-profit documentation
   5. certificate of insurance
4. Certificate of Insurance (CIO) information is below. You will have the option to upload your COI or purchase insurance through Eventeny. 
5. Vendor Setup and Load-In is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and will be by zones in 30 increments (to be communicated prior to the event).
6. The festival starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM
7. Vendor Breakdown and Load-Out starts at 10:00 PM.

Insurance Information:

Vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance naming St Pete Pride, Inc as a certificate holder, along with below organizations as additional Named Insured.

Serve, rally, and connect at St Pete Pride’s Pickleball Tournament, a fun, beginner-to-intermediate event in the Sunshine City. This friendly competition brings players together for movement, laughter, and Pride—on and off the court.

Saturday Sunset on the Beach Party
Celebrate Pride by the water as the sun dips below the horizon and the shoreline comes alive. With music, movement, and ocean air, this beachside gathering blends golden-hour vibes with unforgettable energy.
