Thank you for your interest in the Power Armor Festival, hosted in Point Pleasant, West Virginia on April 24th - 25th, 2027. For one weekend, we are taking over downtown Point Pleasant and transforming it into the wasteland, and we want your help! We appreciate your interest in hosting a community engagement booth. We welcome cosplay groups, educational institutions, and more. There is no cost for this booth, but we have requested that the booths be on theme. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
-There is no selling of products at this booth, but give-aways such as bottle caps are permitted. Donations may only be collected by registered non-profit organizations.
-Each spot is a 12 by12 spot at the festival in downtown Point Pleasant, WV.
-We prefer booths to look immersive and true to the setting to lend to the immersion of the festival. However, if your booth needs an exception to this please contact us to discuss.
-Booths will be required to set up on time, and late arrivals will not be honored unless pre-approved.
-Accepted applications will need to provide their own electrical and waste removal.
-Accepted applications that offer caps to guests will be featured as a destination in our guide for cap collectors.
-Booths are responsible for their overnight security.
-Booths will be on the pavement, and will require proper weights.
This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
