Your Role & Commitment:

The success of this event relies on the generosity of partners like you. Your primary role will be to hand out candy to our trick-or-treaters.

• Please be aware of the main requirement for participation: We will provide 1 starter bag of candy, but you will need to provide additional candy to last the duration of the event (12 PM - 2 PM) for up to 300 children.

This is an excellent opportunity to engage directly with local families, educate attendees on your mission, and showcase your services in a fun, lively setting.

• Booth Fee: WAIVED ($0 Fee)
• The Exchange: In exchange for a completely waived vendor fee, Community Partners are required to feature an INTERACTIVE booth experience for guests.
• Why? Our goal is to heighten the overall event experience through hands-on engagement. Your activation should offer guests a activity, demonstration, game, craft, or educational display rather than just printed materials.

We are seeking talented local musicians and street performers to bring live energy, festive acoustic tunes, and cozy fall vibes to our upcoming event!

Performance Details & Guidelines:

• Theme & Atmosphere: We are looking for performances that complement a vibrant, crisp autumn setting (acoustic, folk, warm upbeat genres, etc.).
• Equipment: Buskers/musicians are required to bring their own PA system, instruments, and performance gear.
• Power: Onsite access to electricity will be provided for your setup.
• Compensation: Selected performers will receive a $300 stipend for the event.
