Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors selected to participate will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting the event requirements and complete an acknowledgment of the event rules and guidelines prior to the event.
Please note that all participating vendors must arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the event to allow sufficient time for a mandatory Fire Department inspection before the festival opens. Additional event details, including load-in instructions and vendor logistics, will be provided upon acceptance.
