Join us for Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto, a one -of-a-kind event dedicated to the original 151 Pokémon from Pokémon Red & Blue. Whether you're a seasoned Pokémon Master or just starting your journey, this immersive experience is packed with activities for fans of all ages.

Parking instructions
General Parking:
• Parking is available at Rose Bowl Stadium lots on a first-come, first-served basis.
• General parking is $20 per vehicle per day.
VIP & Preferred Parking:
• Limited VIP parking spots are available for $40 per vehicle.
• VIP parking includes closer access to the entrance.
Rideshare & Public Transport:
• Designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones will be marked outside the stadium.
• Public transportation options include Pasadena Transit and Metro Gold Line with shuttle service to the venue.
Accessibility Parking:
• ADA parking is available near the main entrance. A valid ADA placard is required.
Parking Restrictions:
• No tailgating, overnight parking, or camping.
• Follow event staff instructions for smooth traffic flow.
Health & safety
General Safety:
• Security checks will be conducted at entry.
• All bags are subject to inspection.
• Emergency medical staff will be on-site.
Health Protocols:
• If you feel unwell, please stay home.

Event highlights
Ashe Catches a Pokémon
Ash catches a Pokémon for the very first time. The Pokémon in question is a Caterpie, and Misty is not a fan.
Electric Shock Showdown
Ash goes after his third gym badge, the Thunder Badge from Viridian City. When he faces Lt. Surge, Ash and Pikachu lose to the opposing Raichu who overwhelms them with electric power.

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help bring Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto to life! Whether you're a seasoned event volunteer or new to the experience, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting, fan-driven event while gaining hands-on experience in event management.
As an Event Operations Volunteer, you’ll assist with the general logistics of the event, ensuring smooth operations for attendees and vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown (decor, signage, booths, etc.)
• Guiding attendees and answering general event-related questions
• Supporting security and crowd control in designated areas
• Helping with lost & found and attendee assistance
Event Protocol & Setup/Breakdown:
• Volunteers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled shift.
• Setup time: Friday, October 10, 2025 (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) & Saturday, October 11, 2025 (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM).
• Breakdown: Sunday, October 12, 2025 (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

• Managing cosplay and photo op stations
• Guiding attendees through interactive attractions and answering questions
Event Protocol & Setup/Breakdown:
• Volunteers must attend a mandatory training session before their shift.
• Must be energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable about event activities.
• May need to stand or walk for extended periods.

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.
• A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are non-transferable.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Conduct & Behavior:
• Attendees must respect all event staff, vendors, and fellow guests.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.
• Cosplay is welcome, but props must comply with safety guidelines.
3. Photography & Media:
• By attending, you grant permission for photos/videos of you to be used for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized commercial photography or live streaming is prohibited.
4. Liability & Safety:
• The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Attendees assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to physical activity and weather conditions.
5. Prohibited Items:
• No outside food or drinks (except for medical needs).
• No weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, or dangerous objects.
• No drones or unauthorized recording devices.
6. Event Changes & Cancellations:
• The event schedule is subject to change.
