Our Lammas Lughnasadh Festival honors the first harvest and the turning of the Wheel of the Year—a time of gratitude, abundance, and celebration. Join our community as we gather to give thanks for the fruits of our labor, support local artisans and makers, and welcome the season of harvest with intention and joy. This festival is a heartfelt blend of magic, creativity, and connection, where tradition meets modern witchcraft and respectful curiosity is always welcomed.

We kindly request that vendors and volunteers park next door at Costco Corporates garage.
Please utilize their outdoor parking and take the walking path back to the Pickering Barn.

After approval:
- your payment on file will be charged.
- Send your Health Department permit for the Pickering Barn in Issaquah as soon as possible.
- Anyone preparing food on site - send your COI with AEI for the Pickering Barn
We will also need to know if you have passed a recent inspection or if you are exempt.

Setup & Parking

9:30AM-11:30 AM Vendor arrival & setup
Food Trucks - Please arrive by 9:30AM. Arriving later will make it difficult to navigate around other cars unloading.
We will be on site at 9AM and can help you get into your space then.

$5 Donation requested- not required.
Discrimination and Sticky fingers strictly prohibited. First offense - you will be escorted out.
Registered Service Animals only inside. Friendly Familiars on leash welcome outside as the Pickering Barn is in a City of Issaquah public park.
