Food vending at the Plymouth Fall Festival is exclusively reserved for our member organizations as a fundraising opportunity. Many of these non-profits and community groups partner with food vendors, such as food trucks or concession stand companies, to enhance their fundraising efforts.
If you are interested in partnering with one of our member groups, please fill out the form below. When a space becomes available, a member organization will contact you to discuss further arrangements.
Commercial booth spaces at the Plymouth Fall Festival offer service-based businesses a prime opportunity to connect with thousands of local families and festival attendees throughout the weekend. These spaces are ideal for professionals and organizations such as builders, remodelers, financial advisors, medical and dental offices, insurance agencies, home improvement specialists, realtors, and other service providers looking to increase community visibility.
Service-based exhibitors may showcase their offerings, share information, distribute promotional materials, collect leads, or engage attendees with demonstrations or giveaways. While no food or beverage sales are permitted, service exhibitors may host interactive displays or activities that help introduce their services to the community.
Participating in the Plymouth Fall Festival allows service companies to strengthen brand recognition, meet potential clients face-to-face, and align their business with one of Plymouth’s longest-standing and most beloved community traditions. Booth spaces are limited and assigned based on availability and the overall balance of exhibitors.
