Welcome to the 3rd Annual Plein Air Liberty!

Join us for three days of outdoor painting in beautiful Historic Liberty, Missouri. Plein Air Liberty celebrates the beauty, history, architecture, and landscapes that make our community unique while providing artists with a fun, competitive, and welcoming painting experience.

Whether you're a seasoned plein air painter or new to the competition scene, you'll enjoy painting throughout Liberty's historic downtown, neighborhoods, parks, and scenic locations.

Participation Details:

· Who Can Participate: Artists of all skill levels

· Registration: Ongoing

· Pre registration Fee: $35

· Event Day Registration: $45

· Plein Air Liberty participants will be given more information about the purchase award locations at the event.

· Participants will be able to submit up to three pieces for consideration for best of show.

· All paintings that are considered for cash or purchase prizes must be wired and hung by 4:45pm.
