Pacific Islander Skate Night 2026 Join us for the 4th Annual Pacific Islander Skate Night, a free community celebration honoring Utah's Pacific Islander Heritage Month at Millcreek Common in Millcreek, Utah. Pacific Islander Skate Night brings together thousands of community members, families, businesses, performers, artists, community organizations, and cultural groups for an evening of food, music, entertainment, roller skating, cultural experiences, and community connection. What began as a community celebration has grown into one of Utah's premier Pacific Islander cultural events. Guests can enjoy: • Live cultural performances and entertainment • Roller skating at Utah's largest outdoor skate loop • Polynesian and local food vendors • Marketplace vendors, artisans, and small businesses • Community organizations and resource booths • Family-friendly activities and giveaways • Opportunities to celebrate and learn about Pacific Islander cultures and traditions Event Details Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Location: Millcreek Common 1354 E Chambers Ave Millcreek, Utah 84106 Admission to the event is free. Parking instructions
Free public parking is available in the parking structure located west of Millcreek City Hall and adjacent to Millcreek Common. Additional public parking may be available throughout the Millcreek Common area and surrounding public parking facilities. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, carpool when possible, and follow all posted parking regulations. Accessible parking is available near event entrances.

Health & safety
Food vendors participating in Pacific Islander Skate Night are responsible for complying with all applicable Salt Lake County Health Department requirements, permits, inspections, and food safety regulations. Temporary food booth operators may be required to obtain a Temporary Food Booth Permit. Applications should be submitted at least one week prior to the event to avoid late fees and processing delays. For permit information, food safety requirements, and application instructions, visit the Salt Lake County Health Department Food Protection Bureau or contact them directly at (385) 468-3845. All vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, certifications, and tax registrations required for their operation.

Pacific Islander Skate Night 2026 – Event Terms & Conditions Event Information Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026 Location: Millcreek Common 1354 E Chambers Ave Millcreek, Utah 84106 Event Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM General Event Information Pacific Islander Skate Night is a free public event intended to provide a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for all attendees. By attending the event, participants agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, local laws, and directions provided by event staff, volunteers, security personnel, venue representatives, and public safety officials. Admission & Participation Admission to Pacific Islander Skate Night is free unless otherwise noted for specific activities or attractions. Certain activities, attractions, skate rentals, vendors, concessions, or third-party services may require separate fees. Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. Photography & Media Release By entering the event premises, attendees grant event organizers, sponsors, media partners, and affiliated organizations permission to photograph, record, and use their likeness, image, voice, or appearance in promotional materials, social media, websites, advertising, news coverage, and future event marketing without compensation. Attendees who do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings should notify event staff upon arrival. Safety & Conduct Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, intoxicated, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event. Weapons, illegal substances, vandalism, harassment, and disorderly conduct are prohibited. Skating & Activities Participation in roller skating, recreational activities, demonstrations, games, and other event activities is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings. Event organizers, sponsors, venue operators, volunteers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, lost property, theft, or damages resulting from participation in event activities except as required by law. Vendor & Sponsor Participation All vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, performers, and community organizations are subject to their respective application agreements, event policies, venue regulations, and operational requirements. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, and approvals from applicable regulatory agencies. Parking & Transportation Public parking is available throughout the Millcreek Common area and nearby public parking facilities. Attendees are responsible for complying with all posted parking regulations and restrictions. Event organizers are not responsible for vehicles, personal property, towing, parking violations, or damages occurring in parking areas. Event Modifications & Cancellation Event organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, programming, activities, entertainment, vendors, sponsors, layout, or operations when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of severe weather, emergencies, public safety concerns, government orders, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond organizer control, the event may be delayed, modified, relocated, or canceled without notice.
