2026 Petaluma Pride Festival

Community organizations and nonprofits are the heart of our festival. Thank you for joining us!

 

*If cost is a barrier to participating especially if you are a local LGBTQIA+ organization, non-profit, or wouldn't otherwise be able to participate, we have options.

1. We can waive the non-refundable $25 application fees. 

2. We have a limited number of 50% off discounts. 

3. For those that would not be able to participate at all without financial support, we do have a very limited number fully paid for scholarships.

This application is for local merchants, artists, artisans, and makers who will be selling their wares.

 

Important info to consider:

• This is primarily an outdoor event.
• Most booths will be located on the lawn near the main stage.
• Please provide your own supplies including: tent/shade, table, chairs, etc. 

*If cost is a barrier to participating and are unable to participate without assistance, we got you and have multiple options:

• We can waive the $25 application fee.
• We have a limited number of 50% discounts.
• We also have a couple of fully paid for spaces. These are decided on by order of application.

Thanks for applying to the Petaluma Pride Festival! The festival will take place at the Petaluma Fairgrounds.

• Vendors, community organizations, and exhibitors will be located outdoors on the lawn near the main stage, (with very limited number of spaces with electricity.)
• Please provide your own supplies including: table, chairs, shade structure, etc.
• Access to electricity is scarce and may not be possible on the lawn. Please let us know if this is vital to your booth.

We're Back! Petaluma Pride 2026 will be taking place at the Petaluma Fairgrounds on October 10th from 12pm-5pm.

Hey Friends! We are just around the corner from our fourth Petaluma Pride Festival. This year we will be hosting Pride at the Petaluma Fairgrounds on Saturday October 10th and we are looking for volunteers to help out. We will need help with setup/teardown of event, coordinating vendors, safety team members, and other general support. If you are interested please fill out the application. When we get closer to the event we will send out a second signup form with specific roles and time-slots. We appreciate all of your help. We couldn't make this happen without you.
