Calling all community groups and non-profits! Penn Fest is your opportunity to promote your mission, attract new supporters or simply get the word out about your organization or cause. With thousands of people attending, it's your chance to meet neighbors who'd like to know about your organization.
One bit of advice. We'd like you to plan an activity to help engage the public. We require this for your benefit. Experience shows exhibitors who just sit by a table with a pile of brochures get little attention. Plan some type of activity that will help engage the public and drawn people to your booth. It doesn't have to be an elaborate activity, but creativity is encouraged. Application is for a single booth that is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Please inquire with us if you need additional space.
Penn Fest attracts thousands of hungry people looking for good eats. If you're a food vendor, Penn Fest is the place to be. One of the biggest questions we get is which food trucks and food stands are coming to Penn Fest. We'd sure love to tell our guests that your food service will be on hand serving up delicious eats and tasty treats. Because food is such a big attraction at Penn Fest, we work hard to promote our food vendors via social media and online. By reserving a spot at Penn Fest, you'll be a top priority in our promotion plans. Reserve your place today to get started. Food Vendors will be charged a fee of $250 to have a space at Penn Fest.
A completed temporary food license application is required to be a food vendor at Penn Fest. The cost of this temporary food license is waived for Penn Fest Vendors. All vendor applications are due to our office no later than June 14th. Applicants will be notified via email if they have been approved or denied as a selected vendor.
The classic car show is open to domestic and import vehicles 2006 and older. The first 100 cars to show up will receive a free swag bag. Register here to ensure your spot. Trophies will be awarded for People's Choice plus four other categories: Domestic, Modified domestic, British and European.
Check in between 11:00am and 12:00pm. The event runs from 12 - 5. Trophies will be awarded at 4:00pm. From 494, take the Penn Ave. exit and proceed north on Penn Ave. to the registrations tent at 75th and Penn.
