2026 Food Vendor

Penn Fest attracts thousands of hungry people looking for good eats. If you're a food vendor, Penn Fest is the place to be. One of the biggest questions we get is which food trucks and food stands are coming to Penn Fest. We'd sure love to tell our guests that your food service will be on hand serving up delicious eats and tasty treats. Because food is such a big attraction at Penn Fest, we work hard to promote our food vendors via social media and online. By reserving a spot at Penn Fest, you'll be a top priority in our promotion plans. Reserve your place today to get started. Food Vendors will be charged a fee of $250 to have a space at Penn Fest. 
A completed temporary food license application is required to be a food vendor at Penn Fest.  The cost of this temporary food license is waived for Penn Fest Vendors. All vendor applications are due to our office no later than June 14th. Applicants will be notified via email if they have been approved or denied as a selected vendor.  

To be considered, this application must be filled out including:

• Payment option for $250 registration fee  (Registration fee will be charged upon acceptance)
• MN ST19 Form (If selling merchandise at the Penn Fest)
• Copy of General Liability Insurance naming the City of Richfield as additionally insured. (7000 Nicollet Ave  Richfield, MN 55423)
• Richfield Application for Temporary Food License or Proof of Department of Agriculture License

The Penn Fest Committee reserves the sole right to approve the participation of any applying group.  Completing an application does not guarantee participation in the event.  Non-approved groups will not be allowed on site. Placement along Penn Avenue will be determined by the Penn Fest Committee.  You will be allowed to start set-up at 10:30 am on Sunday, September 20, and must have everything removed from the street by 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 20. 
Space assignments are set up on Penn Ave. Groups are not allowed to be set up on private property. You will receive sufficient space to set up based on your provided description. Businesses are not allowed to share or sublet their space to/with another business or organization. 
Groups and organizations must provide all of their own equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and generators.  Tents need to be secured by sandbags; stakes may not be driven into the pavement.  Electricity is not available!
Space assignments will be sent by September 16 along with detailed information regarding directions for the day of the event. Each space is responsible for the clean-up of its assigned area and adjacent property before departing. Penn Fest will take place rain or shine and refunds are not available. In the case of severe weather, cancelation decisions will be made by the Penn Fest Committee. I hereby release and forever discharge Penn Fest, the City of Richfield, sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the Open Streets at Penn Fest event. I further consent to the enforcement of all policies and procedures as set forth in the accompanying information.
I recognize that various photographs, video recordings, and other media will be taken during Penn Fest. I agree to grant full permission to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media that may contain my likeliness for the purpose of promoting Penn Fest and its sponsors.
