This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Event Information: Date: December 31st, 2021 Times: 4 pm to Midnight Location: Underground Atlanta, 50 Upper Alabama Street, Atlanta, Georgia Load in Times: Dec. 31st from 11 am to 3 pm. Load Out Times: January 1st, 2022 from 12:30 am to 2 am. Vendors will receive space to vend with access to power only. All equipment, tents, tables, approved products, lighting, etc. are the responsibility of each individual vendor. Subletting space to other vendors is strictly prohibited. PAYMENT: This is a flat fee paid in full in advance of the festival. If your application is accepted, you will be given 7 business days to decline participation. If we have not received communication of the decline within 7 days, we will process payment and reserve your space at the event. Please email Rob@premiereventslive.com with any questions. Refund Policy: If you notify us 20 days or more prior to the event, you can receive a 50% refund on your space fee. No refunds will be provided within 20 days of the event. All refund requests must be made in writing and received by our office by email, fax or mail. WHAT’s PROVIDED: Included in your festival fee is a 10X10 tent with back wall and lights with a basic 20-amp power hook up for lighting. It is each exhibitor’s responsibility to furnish your own table, chairs and merchandising. **In the event changes need to be made, for any reason, we reserve the right to do so at any given time. The Peach Drop is a RAIN OR SHINE event.
