PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2026

Thank you for your interest in joining us at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - November 14 & 15, 2026! Located at the MidFlorida Event Center - 9221 SE Event Center Pl, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34952.

 

This application is for artists, creators, authors, and cosplayers who produce and sell their own original work. If you are a resale vendor offering items such as clothing, games, comics, or collectibles, please complete the Vendor Application instead.

 

Each Artist Table includes:

One (1) 8-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Two (2) vendor passes
An 8' x 5' display area

 

Please note - table coverings are NOT included so please bring your own. 

Once your application is submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for review and notification of approval or denial. Payment will only be processed upon approval.

 

PalmCon reserves the right to refuse any application for any reason.

 

If you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be issued for any cancellations made before August 1, 2026.
After August 1, 2026, NO refunds will be granted for any reason.

This application is for vendors / resellers selling comic books, cards, games, collectibles, etc. -  artists, creators, authors, and cosplayers who produce and sell their own original work are not discouraged from purchasing vendor booths, however Artist Tables MIGHT be the best option for you.

 

Each In-Line Vendor Booth includes:

One (1) 8-foot table - one extra table for each additional booth
Two (2) chairs - one extra chair for each additional booth
Two (2) vendor passes - one extra pass for each additional booth
An 8' x 10' display area

Please note - we only have a limited supply of pipe & drape, so not all booths will be draped, also table coverings are NOT included so please bring your own.

PalmCon is looking for a few AWESOME volunteers to make this year's PalmCon: Treasure Coast the BEST event possible! We believe that PalmCon is 100% a community event and that’s why we are looking for folks in our community willing to donate some time, talent, and skill to become part of the PalmCon Team. Most volunteer positions are easy to learn and do not require any previous experience in order to qualify for the assignment. Volunteers assist in all areas of PalmCon, from assisting staff, special events, running errands, registration, etc. no task is overlooked or under-appreciated!
