This application is for artists, creators, authors, and cosplayers who produce and sell their own original work. If you are a resale vendor offering items such as clothing, games, comics, or collectibles, please complete the Vendor Application instead.
Each Artist Table includes:
One (1) 8-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Two (2) vendor passes
An 8' x 5' display area
Please note - table coverings are NOT included so please bring your own.
Once your application is submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for review and notification of approval or denial. Payment will only be processed upon approval.
PalmCon reserves the right to refuse any application for any reason.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be issued for any cancellations made before August 1, 2026.
After August 1, 2026, NO refunds will be granted for any reason.

Each In-Line Vendor Booth includes:
One (1) 8-foot table - one extra table for each additional booth
Two (2) chairs - one extra chair for each additional booth
Two (2) vendor passes - one extra pass for each additional booth
An 8' x 10' display area
Please note - we only have a limited supply of pipe & drape, so not all booths will be draped, also table coverings are NOT included so please bring your own.
