About the application
Thank you for your interest in joining us at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - November 14 & 15, 2026! Located at the MidFlorida Event Center - 9221 SE Event Center Pl, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34952.
This application is for vendors / resellers selling comic books, cards, games, collectibles, etc. - artists, creators, authors, and cosplayers who produce and sell their own original work are not discouraged from purchasing vendor booths, however Artist Tables MIGHT be the best option for you.
Eac Corner Vendor Booth includes:
Two (2) 8-foot table - two extra tables for each additional booth
Four (4) chairs - one extra chair for each additional booth
Two (2) vendor passes - one extra pass for each additional booth
An 8' x 10' corner display area
Please note - we only have a limited supply of pipe & drape, so not all booths will be draped, also table coverings are NOT included so please bring your own.
Once your application is submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for review and notification of approval or denial. Payment will only be processed upon approval.
PalmCon reserves the right to refuse any application for any reason.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be issued for any cancellations made before August 1, 2026.
After August 1, 2026, NO refunds will be granted for any reason.
