PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025

Artist Table Application for PalmCon: Treasure Coast. Located at the MidFlorida Event Center - 9221 SE Event Center Pl, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34952. November 8 & 9, 2025. Artist Tables are limited and selling quickly.  You will be charged for your space on approval. After your application is submitted, allow up to 5 business days for an approval or denial. **POWER IS NOT INCLUDED AND WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY IF NEEDED** Artist info and Disclaimer:  (Read carefully before filling out the application below) Artist Tables are an 8x5 area and includes 2 chairs, 1 - 8ft table, and 2 vendor passes. If you are a resale vendor selling clothing, games, comics, collectibles, etc. in the comic book, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, steampunk, anime genre, please choose the Vendor Application. If you are an artist, cosplayer, or author, please choose the Artist Application. Space will fill quickly. We reserve the right to refuse any vendor or artists application for any reason. Should you (the exhibitor) find that you are not able to attend PalmCon: Treasure Coast after purchasing a booth or table a full refund will be issued (minus a $25 cancellation fee) prior to August 1st 2025. After August 1st 2025 NO refunds will be issued.
