April 11th, 2026 Vendor spaces are limited and selling quickly.  You will be charged for your space on approval. After your application is submitted, allow up to 7 business days for an approval or denial. **POWER IS NOT INCLUDED**

Vendor info and Disclaimer:  (Read carefully before filling out the application below) Each Vendor Table includes 2 chairs, 1 - SIX FOOT table, and 2 vendor passes. If you are a resale vendor selling clothing, games, comics, collectibles, etc. in the comic book, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, steampunk, anime genre, please choose the Vendor Application. If you are an artist, cosplayer, or author, please choose the Artist Application.Space is Limited and booth spaces will fill quickly. We reserve the right to refuse any vendor or artists application for any reason. Should you (the exhibitor) find that you are not able to attend PalmCon: South after purchasing a table a full refund will be issued (minus a $25 cancellation fee) prior to February 27th 2026. After February 27th 2026 NO refunds will be issued.
