Please review our volunteering policy before completing the form below. Volunteers will be allowed free admission to PalmCon.
A “volunteer” is anyone who, without compensation or expectation of compensation, performs a task at the direction of and on behalf of the PalmCon staff in support of PalmCon: South. A volunteer must be officially accepted and enrolled by the PalmCon Volunteer Program prior to performance of the task.
You must be at least 16 years of age by April 10, 2026.
No costumes are allowed to be worn while volunteering for PalmCon.
You are expected to be present during your assignment and responsible for duties assigned.
You will need to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner as you will be representing PalmCon to the public.
No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed to be consumed or carried during your shift. If you arrive intoxicated or become intoxicated during your shift, you WILL BE dismissed.
If you arrive to the venue with illegal drugs, you will be escorted off the premise by security.
If accepted as a volunteer and there is an emergency preventing you from volunteering - please let us know immediately as we will be counting on you.
If you need us to complete a community service form (for school) please bring the form with you to PalmCon.
Please wear comfortable shoes as you will most likely be standing or walking for the majority of the time. We DO NOT offer safe keeping so please do not bring anything with you to store (i.e. purses, merchandise, costumes, etc.). We suggest keeping these items locked in your car or with a companion.
Filling out the volunteer form affirms that you understand the risks and hazards associated with volunteering. As a volunteer, you expressly assume all risk of injury or harm from these activities and release PalmCon or the Cosmic Times Media Group from all liability that may arise at PalmCon: South - April 11 2026.
By filling out the volunteer form you release and forever discharge and hold harmless PalmCon or the Cosmic Times Media Group, and their successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may arise from the services you provide at PalmCon: South - April 11 2026.
Filling out the volunteer form you also grant and convey to PalmCon and the Cosmic Times Media Group all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of you or your likeness or voice made by PalmCom in connection with providing volunteer services.
