Downtown Avalon Park hosts community-wide festivals each year that attract thousands of people to join in on the fun! These festivals are incredible ways to market your business to all of Orlando. We have sponsorship levels of all ranges from $5,000-$250. We can also create a personalized sponsorship deck for your business. Be part of the street team as a volunteer! Support the community while earning your volunteer hours. Volunteers are needed for event set up, tables and chairs, answer questions and directing questions to the right person. Volunteers will be handing out programs and directing vendors and guests at the event. Also responsible for monitoring for issues with garbage, unhappy people, etc and reporting to staff.

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to date of event. Filling out this form does not guarantee a performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
