Oktoberfest 2026

This is the Oktoberfest Vendor Application for artists and crafters offering handmade items. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed and juried.

This application is for consideration only. Vendors who are approved will be notified and invited to purchase their booth location. A credit card is required to be placed on file at the time of application and will be required again to complete booth location purchase after approval. Vendors will select their booth location only after their application has been approved.

 

Oktoberfest Avalon will be held outdoors in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is a rain-or-shine event. Power is available in select areas only. Vendors requiring electricity must select a booth location that includes power.

All vendor booths are 10x10 spaces and include the space only. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and display materials.

Once approved, vendors will be invited to select from the following booth options:

💚 Green – Premium Booth w/ Electric: $150
💛 Yellow – Standard Booth w/ Electric: $130
❤️ Red – Premium Booth (No Power): $100
💜 Purple – Standard Booth (No Power): $65
🩶 Gray – Unavailable
Premium booth locations are positioned in higher-traffic areas and/or near event entertainment.

Upon approval, nonprofit organizations will receive a discount code to use when purchasing their booth location.

Downtown Avalon Park hosts community-wide festivals each year that attract thousands of people to join in on the fun! These festivals are incredible ways to market your business to all of Orlando. We have sponsorship levels of all ranges from $5,000-$250. We can also create a personalized sponsorship deck for your business.
