This is the Vendor Application for Businesses and Independent Contractors. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified of their status. Vendors who are approved will be invited to purchase their booth location.
The event will be held outdoors in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is a rain-or-shine event.
Please note: Vendor fees are now tied directly to the booth location selected after application approval.
All vendor booths are 10x10 spaces and include the space only. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and display materials.

Premium booth locations are situated in higher-traffic areas and/or near event entertainment. Power is available in select areas only and must be chosen at the time of booth selection after approval.

Oktoberfest Food Tent Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a food tent vendor for the Avalon Park 4th of July Celebration!
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a booth space. All applications will be reviewed, and a select group of vendors will be approved.
Once approved, you’ll receive an invitation to select and purchase your booth location. Approval alone does not secure your space — you must complete your booth selection and payment within 7 days of approval. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your application will be removed to allow other vendors the opportunity to participate.

If you require electricity, please select a booth that includes power. Personal generators are not permitted under any circumstances.

This application is for food truck and food tent vendors interested in participating in the Avalon Parks Oktoberfest
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed, and a select group of vendors will be approved. We carefully rotate participating food trucks to provide new vendors with opportunities and to maintain a diverse mix of food options at each festival.
The standard food vendor fee is $150 ($150.60 including processing fees). Your card on file will only be charged if your application is approved.
Food tents will also be considered for this event.
