Artists, vendors & exhibitors applications
Interested in applying:
2 active applications
Deadline: Feb 05, 2027

Welcome to the 2025 Polk County Home Show submission process! This application is for any company with 1-4 owners/employees, a food or beverage exhibitor offering at least one free tasting, or a solo entrepreneur. If a company has 4 or more employees, please use our Commercial Application.

All submissions must go through this electronic application. Exhibitors must provide a credit or debit card during the application process. We will not charge the card until after the November 3 election and we find out if the Polk County Fairgrounds levy has passed. If the levy passes and the fairgrounds will be operating, the card will be charged the full booth fee on or about Nov. 6.

If an Exhibitor cannot pay by credit card, they should email OH&HE BEFORE submitting their vendor application. OH&HE may choose to accept company checks as long as they arrive 3 weeks prior to the start of the show. Based on expenses incurred by OH&HE in producing and marketing the show, $150 of the booth fee is considered a non-refundable administrative fee.

As part of the application, vendors will sign the Exhibitor Handbook electronically. As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to become familiar with and abide by the rules and guidelines in the Oregon Hearth and Home Events (OH&HE) Exhibitor Handbook found on the OH&HE website. It is also your responsibility to make sure that all staff or volunteers who are working in the booth follow the rules.

Specific booth requests will be taken after Nov. 6 in order of reservations made. Booths in this show are 10' wide but only 8' deep.

Discount codes:

RETURN25 is the discount code for returning Small Businesses to receive $25.00 off per booth

If you have any questions, contact Kelly Tynon via Office@OregonHearthAndHomeEvents.com or 503-383-1224.
