About the event

Welcome Visitors and Vendors! 2026 Vendor Applications are open! Our vendor application process is to review potential vendors, to ensure they align with the arts and crafts focus of the market. No food, drink, or consumables permitted. Products and art must be human made. We do not tolerate A.I generated images. No dropshipping. No commercial businesses. All of our vendor booth fees go toward supporting our market's home at The Old Colorado City Historical Society & History Center.

Parking instructions

Parking: - Parking is extremely limited due to the Farmers Market and residential area. - Street parking is available down Pikes Peak Ave. on the north side of the History Center, and throughout the neighborhood. - There are Parking Meters along 24th St. beside the History Center, and down to Colorado Ave and must be paid. - If you have more than one car please unload your car and promptly move your vehicle to another spot in order to keep the parking area accessible for other vendors. - Parking is first come first served - You can utilize the History Center Parking lot for unloading and loading. - If you want to stay parked in the parking lot you must purchase a pass through the Season Interest Form - Please plan accordingly

Health & safety

Security - We do not have a roaming security guard. We rely on each other to make sure everyone is ok. OOCF shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. - For more information see section in Rules and Regulations

New and recurring vendors need to reapply EVERY year. Being approved as a vendor for the OCC Craft Fair does NOT guarantee you will get booth space.

If you are denied as a vendor, you will receive a response explaining why. We do not take denying vendors lightly. Some of the most common reasons that cause vendors to be declined are:
Selling non-crafted/non-handmade art or items. Things like MLM's, resellers, insurance agents, AI generated art, etc.
Selling any form of food or consumable like tinctures, tea, candy, honey, pickles, popcorn, etc.
Previous instances of consistent policy/rule violations.
Previous behavioral issues.
ONLY include primary contact information relating to you and your business. It is assumed that all contact information entered belongs to the primary individual who runs the business.

This application form will remain open until September of 2026.

Any applications submitted after March 2026 may be added to our waitlist as this event books quickly

We are NOT the Old Colorado City Farmers Market, which is located in Bancroft Park. Our market is their neighbor
