philly bound vintage is a themed vintage market held at building bok, 1901 s 9th st, philly, pa! we will have 30+ vendors including true vintage, y2k, jewelry, home decor, handmade items, and more! this market has a $5 entry fee per shopper from 12-1pm, after which it is free entry until 5pm! tickets and theme will be available leading up to the event! PLUS: first 3 early birds in-line at 1pm opening receive $50 cash EACH! keep an eye out on our social media pages, @phillyboundvintage on IG + TT!

Parking instructions

street parking is first come, first serve and can be hard to find! please read all street signs in order to not face ticketing or towing. vendors may park on mifflin street for load in and load out only for 30 mins at a time, but may be towed if there for the day.many blocks have a 2 hour time limit unless you have a philly parking permit. please do not ignore this signage as they are quick to give tickets after this timeframe.please arrive early enough to find legal parking.

our next philly event is on sunday, 11/8! we're hosting 30+ vendors at 1901 s 9th st, philadephia pa 19148, at the west gym inside building bok. spots are indoors, all ground floor with a set of steps to get inside, as well as a ramp and lift for load in. the building and restroom are ADA accessible, and indoors has AC!

we will be providing 2 hours for load in and 1 hour for load out! we are looking for y2k/vintage clothing vendors, streetwear, jewelry, permanent jewelry, accessories, handmade and upcycled, crochet/knit, 1of1s, tooth gem artists as well as food, snacks and drinks! returning vendors may get priority but we will be accepting all applications on a first come first serve basis.

your payment method will be charged upon acceptance, so please only apply when you are ready to pay.

we have 2 available options for vendor spots: 8 x 8 booth and 6 x 4 booth.

an indoor 8 x 8 spot is 8 x 8 ft with a limit of 3 structures (racks, piles, bins, tables) and is $140

an indoor 6 x 4 ft with a limit of 1 structure (rack, pile, bin, or table.) and is $115.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are splitting a booth, please include all names/quantity of vendors sharing your booth. if you split your booth, please only submit one application. if you submit two applications, you will be charged seperately. this is not able to be refunded.

submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. we cannot take specific spot requests, and spot priority will be given to vendors who are consistently on time with payment and set up. our vendor map is pre-set by staff, but not sent out ahead of the market to avoid confusion. out team will be happy to show you your spot on event day!

Terms & Conditions

early bird tickets are $5 each and are non-refundable or transferrable (even if you do not attend the event). early bird begins at 12pm on event day, and concludes at 1pm, at which time our free entry begins. after 1pm, early bird tickets are no longer valid, and any shoppers will need to wait in any line to join. please note, first 3 early birds must be in-line at opening to receive prize. early bird ticket must have been purchased ahead of time, or purchased at door to qualify for giveaway.all booths are their own business, and thus need to be checked out with individually. please note, our free trans thrift booth is the only non-paid booth at the event, and is marked clearly with signage. any shoppers found to be stealing, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate conduct will be asked to leave, and will be unable to return to any future philly bound vintage markets.
