SELLING DATES:
- October 2, 4-8pm (Kickoff) - Music and select food BY INVITATION ONLY.
- October 3, 10am-6pm (Oktoberfest) - ALL VENDORS MUST SELL FOR THE DURATION OF SATURDAY'S EVENT.
GUIDELINES:
- Limited booth spaces are available for $250 (10x25 ft.).
- VENDORS MAY NOT EXCEED THEIR 10X25 ft. SPACE. If you are a food truck or trailer exceeding 25 ft. contact the event organizer, vendors may be granted additional room based on availability.
- Vendors must supply their own TENT, TABLES, and CHAIRS. Tents must be weighted with at least 40 lb. in case of high winds.
- Quiet generators are preferred. Limited electricity MAY be available by request (20-amp GFCI SERVICE OUTLETS ONLY).
- REQUIRED: Please review the attached Event Fire Safety Form to determine what type of fire extinguisher(s) you are required to have on-site.
- If frying, fryers must be secured and level, within the cooking space provided, to avoid tipping/spilling. LARGE VAT FRYERS ARE PROHIBITED.
- This is a high volume event that sees more than 25,000 visitors. Please prepare to serve for the duration of the event (Saturday, 10am-6pm).
APPLICATION DETAILS:
- Applications will be processed in two periods for ease of review and approval. You are currently applying in Period One.
- Application Period One: May 22-June 22
- Approvals/rejections will be sent by July 3 at 11:59pm.
- Approved vendors will be charged the full vendor fee on July 8 by 11:59pm.
- Application Period Two: June 23-July 24
- Approvals/rejections will be sent by August 5 at 11:59pm.
- Approved vendors will be charged the full vendor fee on August 10 by 11:59pm.
- Application Period One: May 22-June 22
- Applicants will receive a response when their application has been received. If you do not receive a response within one week, please contact the event organizer to ensure your submission was successful.
- Approved vendors will be sent a welcome packet with arrival details and a map of their booth location prior to the event.
RESCHEDULE DATE:
- If an act of God forces the rescheduling of Oktoberfest, all approved vendors are expected to attend the rescheduled Oktoberfest Event date of October 24, 2026, from 10 am to 6 pm and NO refunds or credits will be issued to vendors.

- Tents will be placed prior to vendor arrival. Our staff cannot assist vendors in unpacking and setting up their displays; please make the necessary preparations to set up your booth.
- We encourage you to demonstrate your craft during the festival!
